Introducing the MicroStage* product line of slides and stages. They feature a unique bearing segment design that provides backlash-free slide assembly without sacrificing load capacity or smoothness.

MicroStage slides are ideal for use in multi-axis pick and place and test equipment applications, such as sealant dispensing systems; inspection systems; insertion equipment and PC board assembly.

Rugged, lightweight MicroStage* slides and stages are manufactured from aluminum to achieve optimum strength and rigidity, while dramatically decreasing the mass of the system. As a result, they provide lower inertia and higher performance than heavier steel based products. In addition, they feature flexible mounting configurations with hole patterns and some models have T-slots that allow for easy interchange and simple X-Y mounting.

The MicroStage slides are readily adaptable to most industry standard step or servo motors, air cylinders, and micrometer movement devices. They are available in a wide range of lengths and leads.

How to Access the DXF files

 
The 2D DXF CAD File
 

Note: the EXE files are compress files that hold all the individual DXF files for that part number or product group.

Downloading EXE files:

1. Double click on the appropriate EXE file. Your Web Browser will ask if you want to "Save this file" or "Open it".

2. Choose to "Open it" then follow the instructions to uncompress (unzip) those files. Downloading Individual DXF files

  • 1. Double click on the file the appropriate file.
  • 2. If the file open as a text file, from your Web Bowsers "File" menu, select "Save As" and save the file to the directory of your choice. Note: files that contain a "Z" in the part number contain ALL VIEWS. Some files of individual views are also included in the folders.

3. Open up your CAD Program and select "Import" DXF and click on the file that you just saved.
