  • Water absorption is low (the material itself does not absorb water.
  • Static electricity is generated easily
  • Heat resistance is low
  • Impurities are present (the material contains plasticizers, surfactants, and other impurities which are added to provide it with plasticity and water absorption

  • Chances of dust generation are high (fibers come off easily from the edges of the wipes, especially when it is used in a wet condition)
Binder Used
  • Solvent resistance is poor (depending on the solvent, the binder elutes, attaching to the object to be wiped or causing wipe fibers to come off.)
