Naflon®
PFA-HG semiconductor high-grade tubing is made from
the Mitsui Dupont 451HP-J with lower level fluorine
ion and reduction of spherical size of the crystallization
structure. The surface of the wall is therefore flatter
and smoother. Naflon® PFA-HG semiconductor high-grade
tubing is suitable for high purity applications.
In
addition to the normal characteristics of PFA tubing,
Naflon® PFA-HG tubing has the following characteristics:
