PZH SERIES

Featuring the use of ceramic pipes, the PZH Series models are designed to generate ozone gas of high concentration. A control dial allows easy regulation of gas concentration within a range of 0 to 100 g/Nm3. The compressor is built in for models up to PHZ180 in size, which require no troublesome piping and wiring.
(*) Separate type oxygen gas generator and compressor are required for PZH200 to PZH500 large size models.

 

 

 
Features

    -Separate type oxygen gas generator and compressor are required for PZH200 to PZH500 large size models.
  • Easy water dissolution by ejector because of high ozone gas pressure (0.15 to 0.2 MPa)
  • Air-cooled ozonizer eliminates the requirement for supply of cooling water.
  • Highly concentrated ozone gas (100 g/Nm3) can be obtained.
  • Fine adjustments of ozone concentration via frequency control
  • Automatic concentration controller available
  • Easy operation using the optional touchscreen panel (Failure records)
 
Applications
  • Water treatment: Tap water purification, reuse of treated sewage effluent, treatment and purification of sewage, bleaching of industrial wastewater, and purification of swimming pool water
  • Gas processing: Denitration and odor masking of exhaust gas
  • Surface treatment: Bottle washing, and treatment and slime control of internal walls of piping
  • Incineration equipment: Increase of combustion heating power at incineration plants
    Oxygen gases for fish farming, transportation industry, air-conditioning and health equipment; biotechnology-related applications (incubation, germ culture, fermentation, etc.); burners for glass forming and processing; burners for metal processing
